OPENING SUMMER 2019
Chef Zeb Stevenson and Ross Jones are opening Redbird in early summer 2019. Redbird is located in Midtown Atlanta at the Westside Provisions District. The space was formerly occupied by Baccanalia.
Redbird will be fun, lively and comfortable with a “come as you are” sensibility. It will be built to serve guests the way they want to eat most frequently – casually with friends, delicious food to share and with excellent beer, cocktails and wine selections. Guests can also opt for an engaging front row experience at Chef Zeb’s 8-seat Kitchen Counter.
The food at Redbird will be what Stevenson characterizes as “Free Spirited Cuisine”. The frequently changing menu will be focused and balanced with fresh flavors and a reinvigorated commitment to time-honored cooking techniques. Dishes will highlight local and seasonal ingredients with a touch of international flare.
